Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Lead Time

Since all of our candles are hand-poured and made fresh from our studio to your doorstep, please allow us up to 72 hours to process your order. For larger orders, please allow up to 5-10 business days, depending upon the size of your order.  Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. We take pride in creating our candles by hand in the artisanal tradition to produce quality products. We thank you for appreciating this tradition also.

Sales Tax

Only orders shipping to addresses within Illinois are subject to a sales tax of 6.25%.


Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS to addresses in the United States.  Orders must be shipped to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes, please).  For additional shipping options hello@allurecandleco.com.

Upon shipment, USPS Ground service takes an average of 3-7 business days depending on your location.  Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

 

Rush Service

Expedited delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us immediately at email hello@allurecandleco.com if you require rush delivery or have any questions regarding this service.

Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in our products and work tirelessly to produce quality candles and home fragrances year around. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please email at hello@allurecandleco.comus as soon as possible within 10 business days of receipt. We will be more than happy to assist you.


Damaged Goods

While we do our very best to make certain that your merchandise arrives safely, we have no control over the handling of your package once it leaves our studio. In the unfortunate event that some of your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@allurecandleco.com. Please do not discard the damaged items until speaking to us. Please be prepared to submit pictures so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company.
